The Philadelphia Eagles lost to the Seattle Seahawks on Monday in what was another embarrassing performance. On Tuesday, they made a number of roster moves. Among them were waiving safety Will Parks, promoting safety Grayland Arnold from the practice squad to the active roster, and releasing defensive end Shareef Miller from the practice squad.
